This Level 2 Certificate in Health Professions is suitable for students who need to develop their academic skills and subject knowledge before moving on to a Level 3 Access to Higher Education Diploma and then university. This course is a suitable progression route to all our Level 3 Access to HE Diplomas and can be studied alongside one or more of our English maths and science GCSEs, if required.
This course is a part time, with 1 day a week attendance required in college. There will be a requirement for you to complete additional study outside of the classroom.

- The Sociology of Health
- Investigating a Career
At the end of each unit, you will complete an assignment to assess your knowledge of the unit.
To successfully achieve your Certificate, you will need a total of 18 credits.
GCSE English Grade 3 (Grade D) or equivalent, for example, Functional Skills English Level 1.
