Business, HR & Accounting

Level 3 Business Cambridge Technical Certificate OCR

Business is one of the most varied, relevant subjects you can study, and this is the Level 3 that keeps every door open. Whether you're heading for retail, marketing, project management, HR, banking, or your own business, you'll build a real understanding of how the business world works, plus the skills employers and universities actually look for. Carries UCAS points towards university, too.

Entry Requirements

What You'll Need

  • Five GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths at Grade 4 or better
  • A genuine interest in business and where it can take you
  • Successful interview with our team
Level 3 assumes you already hold your key GCSEs. If you need to top up any Maths or English, we can build that in alongside your course.
What You'll Learn

Every Door, Kept Open.

This course gives you a real overview of how business works and the skills employers want. You’ll study the business environment, working in business, and run an enterprise project of your own. Around that, you’ll build the transferable skills that matter in any job: planning, research and analysis, working with others, and effective communication.

What makes it come alive is the real-world links. Visits to local businesses, guest speakers from industry, and past students who have had success working with employers like Lakeside Shopping Village, Doncaster Council and the Bank of England. Our tutors have real business backgrounds (employees, managers, directors, owners), so what you learn is grounded in how business actually works. This course carries UCAS points towards university.
