Photography

On our photography courses you will get to work alongside our highly qualified staff , who are still currently active in the industry, to develop both the creative and technical skills involved in the creation of photographic imagery.

You will also have access to real-life experience and techniques, as well as sector opportunities and industry connections.

Our courses give you the opportunity to experiment with a range of photographic media and get to learn more about your own abilities and find your own personal style through developing your knowledge of a wide range of techniques. You will learn to style, produce, develop and print your photos using our amazing facilities such as the well equipped photography studio, the darkroom for wet-based developing and our Macs for digital skills.

Course Enrichment

As part of our courses, you will get to complete essential work experience opportunities that will make your CV stand out. Previous students have been part of fantastic projects and worked with local companies and artists such as Doncaster Museum and Art Gallery, Doncaster Markets, Tour De Yorkshire, and local sculptor Laurence Edwards to name a few. You could also be jetting off to Berlin on our yearly trip. This provides great experience as you will visit museums and galleries, and be encouraged to capture the diff erent cultures, to expand on your skills.
