Animal Management


Our animal management courses are a great step towards a highly rewarding and varied career working with and caring for a range of animals.

Whether you want to progress to university, work abroad, or go straight into industry, our courses and industry experienced tutors can help you on your way.

On hand to provide you with invaluable information during your course, tutors will work with you to develop your theoretical knowledge and valuable hands-on experience with a range of over 100 different species.

With access to the facilities in both our Animal  Centre on campus and with various animal welfare and conservation partners, our students will have regular visits to Aston Springs Farm, Mayfield Alpacas and Wentworth Animal Farm Park , meaning they work with a wide variety of animals including alpacas, donkeys, pigs, goats and sheep to name but a few!

Course Enrichment

During your course we will prepare you for a range of exciting careers working with animals; you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable work experience with a range of exciting and interesting local  companies such as Yorkshire Wildlife Park, RSPCA, Doncaster Equine College , Vets 4 Pets, and many more.
