Level 2 Diploma in Digital and Creative Industries
A broad, hands-on year across the creative-digital sector. Games development, sound production, graphic design, animation, digital photography and more. You'll work across nine units, build a portfolio, and finish ready to specialise at Level 3, whether that's Film and TV, Graphics and Social Media, Digital Art and Animation, or 3D Concept Modelling.

How you’ll learn
Try Every Corner of Creative-Digital.
This is a 9-unit, 45-credit Level 2 that gives you a hands-on introduction to the creative-digital sector. You’ll cover games industry and game design (using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop), digital narratives, animation (2D, frame by frame and motion tween), sound production, graphic design, and digital photography with professional cameras.
You’ll finish with a Creative Industries Project where you pick a theme from earlier in the year and build a piece of work that shows what you’ve learned. Assessment happens through a portfolio on Google Sites. By the end of the year you’ll be ready to specialise at Level 3: Film and TV, Graphics and Social Media, Digital Art and Animation, or 3D Concept Modelling.
