The City & Guilds qualification provide underpinning knowledge and recognise skills require to undertake a career within the digital industry such as web, troubleshooting, configuring, installation and networking management in IT.
The course focuses on specialised level IT, where you can strengthen knowledge and recognise skills in Web Developer / IT Technician / Helpdesk Support /Network Engineer /Software Testing/ Databases/Customer Support in the workplace and tailor your knowledge to the specific job role within the digital industry.
The Level 3 programme allows those who are not in employment to progress into a specific job role in the IT Industry or advanced to the Level 4 Diploma / Higher Level Apprenticeship.
The Level 3 Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles serves as technical certificate in the digital industry.

Coursework & practical observation
4 GCSEs at grades 4 – 9 or A* – C including English and Maths.
Level 2 Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles or equivalent.
All applicants must complete an initial assessment in Maths and English and attend an interview
