Business Development Support

Our business development team work with employers throughout the year. They will discuss your training and development needs by conducting a Training Needs Analysis, the provision available and any costs or funding support.

We’re committed to helping businesses grow by offering bespoke business development support and a free Training Needs Analysis (TNA). This quick and personalised assessment helps us understand your organisation’s goals—whether that’s improving performance, driving cultural change, or boosting retention. Based on this, we can identify and recommend relevant training opportunities tailored to your needs.

What We Offer:

  • Short Courses – Accredited programs covering topics like First Aid, leadership, and personal development to fill skill gaps. You can view our short courses here.
  • Long Courses – A wide range of NVQs, diplomas, certificates, unit-based qualifications and more for in-depth learning.
  • Tailored Programs – If you need something specific, we’ll design a bespoke training program that aligns perfectly with your objectives.
  • Apprenticeships: By hiring an apprentice or assigning your employees on one, you will gain the specific skills your company needs, along with a variety of other benefits.

We support businesses across the private, public, and third sectors, ensuring training solutions are directly aligned with organisational needs. If we don’t offer the exact course you require, we’ll always guide you to the right provider.

Get in touch today to discuss how we can support your business growth through targeted training and development with our free Training Needs Analysis.

Employer funding

As a provider we access a range of funding support for employers. Funding varies across each year dependant on regulations and availability of different types of funding. Our business development team can advise you about funding, dependant on the training you require, type of learner and your organisation.

Apprenticeships are funded through employer contributions, government funding and /or employers’ levy contributions. You could find there are no costs to using an apprenticeship for new or existing staff, apart from employment related costs such as wages; you may only have to pay 5% which could be as low as £300 spread over a few months; or if you are an employer paying the apprenticeship levy the costs of training and support could come straight from your levy.

We also have access to European Social Funding and Adult Education budget funding, to support the costs of a wide range of training courses for employers. From short courses, NVQs, units, certificates to bespoke training we have funding which can support a range of employers.
