Access to HE Diploma (Science) PT

This course is QAA accredited and validated through AIM Awards.

The Access to Diploma (Science) will enable you to study a range of units in Biology, Chemistry and Medical Physics. 

Students on this pathway are expected to progress to careers in a wide range of science-related professions such as Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Dental Hygiene & Therapy, Optometry, Forensics, Dietetics, Radiotherapy & Oncology, etc.

This course is completed in two years. You will attend college 1 day per week (Wednesday 9am – 5pm), starting 10 September 2025, and you will need to do a similar amount of independent study in addition to college attendance. This is considered to be a part-time course of study.
