Project search is a supported internship employment initiative for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). It involves a partnership between a local authority, a local college and a host employer. It gives learners the chance to work and gain skills in a real work environment and to hopefully gain employment at the end of the year.
Theory sessions in the classroom and practical work experience in a warehouse.
