What is your story?
I joined Doncaster College in 2019 and initially worked as a Higher Education (HE) assessor. Due to a lack of HE learners, I transitioned into Further Education (FE), where I currently assess welding. When I started, I was trained on Smart Assessor by Nigel Jackson, having previously used OneFile. Since then, I’ve completed my NEBOSH General Certificate and now serve on the Health and Safety Committee at Doncaster College.
What are you up to now?
I’m currently an FE welding assessor. I’m passionate about professional growth and am keen to progress into a management role in the future.
