Report your absence on ProPortal
You can now report your absence in your student portal, ProPortal.
Once you are logged in, using your student account login details, go to Tell Us About Your Absence, under the Learner Information heading of the menu.
On the form, select ‘Notified Absence’ as the Mark Type, and fill in the rest of the form with the absence details.

- SICKNESS followed by a space then your
- STUDENT NUMBER followed by a space then your
- NAME followed by a space and then
- REASON FOR ABSENCE
Example: SICKNESS DC00123456 Alex West Sickness and flu.
