Several short qualifications grouped into one programme, sequenced for best effect, like Preparing to Work in Schools or Step into Care. The fastest way to build a job-ready set of skills.

Individual courses

Need just one qualification, say Food Safety, CSCS or Customer Service? Take it on its own. Every course inside a package can also be studied by itself.

Hire ready, motivated people through a SWAP

A Sector-based Work Academy Programme (SWAP) is a short, government-funded scheme that helps you fill vacancies with people who are keen to work. We deliver the training, you offer a placement and a guaranteed interview. There is no cost to you, and candidates stay on their benefits throughout.

How a SWAP works: pre-employment training in the skills your roles need, a work experience placement on site, then a guaranteed interview with candidates who have proven their commitment.
