Overview
The Level 2 Warehousing and Storage NVQ’s benefits both employers and employees by offering a wide choice of assessment routes to suit the widest possible range of needs, dependant on the learner’s job role within the sector.
Course Structure
For employers the qualification can:
- reduce staff turnover, help to recruit people and to motivate them
- Increase productivity and help win contracts
- show customers that you have a workforce competent to industry standards
- help reduce accidents as NVQ’s cover health and safety
For employees the qualification can:
