This diploma is designed for practising middle managers and leaders at operations, division, departmental or specialist level, who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. The primary role of a practising or aspiring manager and leader is to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver the aims and objectives in line with the organisational strategy.

We also offer a range of alternative qualifications for management development with the qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute,

How You're Assessed

Assessment Methods

This programme is delivered via interactive face to face teaching with four sessions per unit over the duration of the programme.

Assessment is by the completion of evidence booklets.

Formative assessment is provided for each unit to support student development

Peer learning in the classroom facilitates the development of shared understanding and allows learners to draw understanding from a range of wider experiences.
