T Level – Business Management and Administration CG Level 3 Technical

A two-year Level 3 built with employers, for students who are serious about a career in business management and administration. Alongside the classroom learning, you'll spend a minimum 45-day placement (315+ hours) with a real employer, so you leave with genuine workplace experience, not just a qualification. Carries UCAS points and a direct line to university.

How you’ll learn

Learn It. Then Do It, For Real.

A T-Level splits into two parts that both have to be passed: a core that builds broad business knowledge and skills, and an occupational specialism where you develop real competence in a role like business improvement, team leadership or business support. The core covers business context, people, quality and compliance, finance, policies and procedures, project and change management, and business behaviours.

The part that sets a T Level apart is the 45-day industry placement (315+ hours) with a real employer. You apply what you learn in an actual workplace, build real experience, and finish with something genuine to show universities and employers. You’ll also work with local employers through visits and guest speakers, with past student success at Lakeside Shopping Village, Doncaster Council and the Bank of England. Carries UCAS points towards university.

Entry requirements

  • Five GCSEs or equivalent at Grade 4 or above, which must include English and Maths at Grade 5 or better
  • A genuine commitment to a career in business or management
  • Successful interview with our team

The T Level has a higher entry bar than most Level 3 courses because it is an intensive two-year programme. If you don't quite have the grades yet, the Level 3 Cambridge Technical or Level 2 Business Support may be the better starting point.
