This course offers you a range of practical and theory based learning designed to improve your skills in a range of sport related subjects.
The course will help to improve your employability within sporting areas such as sports coaching, fitness and teaching.
You will participate in weekly fitness sessions in the onsite gym as well as weekly practical sports sessions where you will play range of sports such as football, volleyball, basketball, badminton and cricket.
On successful completion of the course you will be offered the opportunity to progress to level 2 Sport.
This course is for 1 Year, attending college 4 days per week onsite to include maths and English.
