Floristry Skills – Part Time Evening Course

Fancy learning to work with flowers? This relaxed evening course is perfect for complete beginners and anyone who wants to learn for the love of it. Over four friendly Wednesday-evening sessions, you'll make something beautiful to take home each week, fully supported by an experienced tutor. No experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm.

  • Open to complete beginners and anyone learning for fun
  • Just book your place and come along
Tools are provided. There is a tuition fee of £80 and a materials fee of £100 (the flowers are ordered in advance, so the materials fee is non-refundable). You can pay by card or cash, over the phone or at enrolment. An optional personal kit can be bought from the Floristry shop if you'd like your own.

What You'll Learn

Four Evenings, Four Beautiful Designs.

Each week is hands-on and relaxed. You’ll watch your tutor demonstrate a design, then have a go at making your own to take home. You’ll work with fresh flowers and learn a real range of styles across the four sessions, at your own pace and with plenty of support.

Across the course you’ll try hand-tied bouquets, floral arrangements, funeral and wedding designs, seasonal designs and designs for events. It’s a lovely way to learn a new craft, build a little confidence, and make something beautiful with your own hands.
