Combination of day release for 2.5 years to study and achieve Pearson BTEC Higher National Certificate in Construction Management for England (Construction Site Supervisor),
alongside progression of workplace evidence to support knowledge, skills and behaviours for end point assessment (EPA).

There are 3 elements to the assessment and will take place over a typical period of 6 months once the apprentice as gone through gateway. The 3 elements are:

Successful completion of the apprentice can lead to progression onto Pearson BTEC Higher National Diploma in Construction Management for England (Construction Site Supervisor). Or alternatively progression to a Degree Apprenticeship
