The Apprenticeship Team at Doncaster College did all the hard work in terms of advertising the role, screening candidates, and pre-interviewing candidates to send us the best candidates for this role; this was taken care of by the College. Following the interview process we ended up taking 2 apprentices who we are over the moon with and excited to see their learning progress.
