Students on University Campus Doncaster Digital Technologies HNC and HND programmes get hands‑on experience with real robotics and automation tools. From building and programming robots to exploring how technology solves everyday problems, the club gives learners the chance to experiment, collaborate and bring ideas to life.
These activities form part of the wider learning that contributes to a Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ), developed with employers and approved by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education, helping learners build practical skills that reflect what’s happening in industry today.

Through our partnership with Doncaster Knights Academy UCDon students have the chance to take both their rugby and their studies to the next level in a pathway designed to help them grow as players, achieve academically, and unlock new possibilities for their future.
The recent taster sessions brought that vision to life. Players got stuck into high‑energy drills, connected with the coaching team, and discovered how the programme supports their progression on the pitch while they work towards a degree or higher‑level qualification.
