Sport, Physical Activity and Exercise Science

Our courses offer invaluable practical experience that will make your CV stand out from the rest. You will work in our industry-standard facilities with access to high-end kit and equipment. Lessons will take place across the on-site gym, sports hall, and fitness suite. You will also participate weekly in a range of sport and coaching activities at Parklands Sports Club just 10 minutes away from the Hub Campus.

Course Enrichment

You will have the opportunity to take part in the NCS (National Citizen Service) programme which includes a five-day residential and volunteering work within the local community. We are also very proud to be one of few colleges who are accredited to the TASS (talented athlete support scheme) which supports students to continue to perform in their sport of choice alongside their studies.

If you study on our Level 3 courses you will have the option of doing a fitness instructor qualification that normally costs £500, or, on our extended diploma programme you could do the personal trainer qualification which would usually cost £1,500!
