This course is an exciting one-year full-time or two-year part-time option that prepares you for university study and facilitates opportunities for professional advancement and personal development.
The Humanities pathway provides an excellent foundation for the acquisition of academic skills and subject knowledge, and successful completion will allow you to apply to universities in the region and beyond.
In recent years, students have progressed to undergraduate courses in Secondary and Primary Education, Special Educational Needs with Mental Health; English; Classics; Theology; Philosophy; History; Business, Law; Japanese, TESOL and Linguistics; Media and Communication; and Politics.
The university destinations of our students include Sheffield, York, Nottingham, Loughborough, Sheffield Hallam, York St John, Lincoln, Leeds Beckett, Nottingham Trent, Bangor and the Aristotle University in Greece. If you want to stay local, there are also degree options within the University Centre, Doncaster.
