Access to HE Diploma (Health Science Professions)

Within these courses you will study a range of units in Biology, Health, Psychology and Medical Physics.

Through these subject areas students are expected to progress to university courses and careers in a wide range of medical-related professions such as Radiotherapy, Paramedic, ODP, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, etc

The units you may study throughout this course include:

Assessment takes place at regular intervals throughout the course. Units take around 7 weeks to complete with assessment normally taking place at the end of the unit. A range of assessment methods is used including research tasks, structured questions, presentations and in-class tests

Applicants are normally expected to have achieved GCSE English and Maths at grade C / 4 before starting on this course. However, we welcome all applications and take account of individual circumstances including work experience and other achievements when offering places.
