Posted: 29/10/2025

DN Colleges Group has been recognised by City & Guilds as an End-Point Assessment (EPA) Approved Excellence Provider, celebrating the Group’s exceptional commitment to delivering high-quality apprenticeships and supporting learner success.

This recognition highlights DN Colleges Group’s outstanding contribution to the apprenticeship landscape and its role in helping City & Guilds reach the milestone of 100,000 EPAs completed. It also reinforces the Group’s commitment to tackling the growing skills shortage across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire through industry-led, learner-focused apprenticeship programmes.

Across its institutions, the Group has consistently demonstrated excellence in preparing apprentices for End-Point Assessments, achieving exceptional results and earning a place among the top three colleges in the region out of 46 providers.

Patrik Knowles, Vice Principal of Curriculum, said:

“We are delighted to be one of three colleges to receive this award in recognition of our contribution to End-Point Assessment. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality and outstanding apprenticeships, working with apprentices to secure the highest grades at their End-Point Assessment.

This award not only recognises the work our colleges and delivery teams do, but also the hard work, dedication and commitment of our apprentices.”

Driving Skills Growth with the ‘Bridging Skills Gaps’ Campaign

The Group is also leading the way with its new ‘Building bridges’ campaign, an ambitious initiative to create 100 apprenticeship opportunities in 100 days. The campaign aims to energise local industries, support business growth, and provide young people across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire with meaningful career pathways.

Local businesses interested in participating are encouraged to contact the Business Development Team to get started with hiring an apprentice. Together, we can develop the skilled workforce our region needs for a thriving future.
