Posted: 17/02/2025

Doncaster College is proud to once again take part in the Association of Colleges’ (AOC) Colleges Week 2025, running from Monday, 3rd to Friday 7th March. This national celebration highlights the vital role colleges play in building brighter futures for their students and supporting local businesses and communities.

John Rees, Principal & Chief Executive Officer, says “Colleges Week is a fantastic way to highlight and promote the amazing work of FE providers across the country. Our entire mission is about preparing students to thrive by accessing great employment opportunities.”

He continues “Every week is Colleges Week really, as our focus on supporting students to great futures never stops.”

During the week, Doncaster College will highlight some of its contributions to the AoC’s Colleges Week theme, aligning with the government’s five-mission framework.

In addition, the college will also celebrate #LoveOurColleges and Careers Week by sharing inspiring success stories, highlighting student opportunities, case studies, career-focused guidance, and more.
